Hopkinton, Massachusetts — best known for the starting point of the Boston Marathon — is kicking the tires on an indoor facility partnership with KemperSports.

The concept of a regional track and field venue has been discussed to complement the planned $35M International Marathon Center museum in town, according to The Hopkinton Independent.

A Kemper rep suggested a track-focused facility could still house indoor turf fields and courts.
